How garment remodelling works
Every project begins with a garment review. We look at the fabric, seams, construction, and condition to see what can realistically be changed before any quote is confirmed.
If you have a redesign idea, we discuss how the existing material can support it and where adjustments may be needed. This helps shape a concept that fits the garment rather than forcing the garment to fit the concept.
Inspection first, design second
A clear process for redesigning and updating garments with practical limits in mind.
Once the scope is approved, the work moves into remodelling, restyling, or upcycling. Depending on the project, this may include dress and skirt remodelling, shirt and jacket restyling, vintage fit updates, or fabric-reuse accessory work.
Before collection, we review the finish or fit so you can see the result and confirm the final details. Supplementary materials are quoted separately when needed, and turnaround depends on the project and workshop schedule.
